It figured we needed to be more than just and accountant

Managing your figures does get harder as your business grows. It can become messy, stressful, and that can start to weigh on you. Before long, you’re spending more time reacting to the figures in front of you than using them to make confident decisions for your business. This is all too common, and it can be solved!

After working with small businesses for more than two decades, we started Figurs because we saw too many business owners receiving the bare minimum from their accountant. Quarterly BAS lodgements and annual tax returns might keep a business compliant, but they rarely help owners understand their finances, improve performance or plan for growth.

That’s why Figurs has been built with a different approach in mind, by combining accounting, education and strategic guidance to help business owners better understand their figures and use them as a tool for growth. Personal Life

Fikri is a husband and father of three young boys from the Central Coast of New South Wales. Having immigrated to Australia from Indonesia as a child, he developed a deep appreciation for the opportunities that Australian small businesses create and a passion for helping business owners build successful, sustainable businesses of their own.

And while he’ll occasionally dress up for a photo to match our mascot, Figgy, you’ll rarely find Fikri in a shirt and jacket. He’s much more at home in shorts, a T-shirt and sandals, enjoying a coffee by the coast, staying active at the gym or spending time at the beach.
